(Christine reaches out for his hand, opens
it and places a diamond ring into his palm. She closes his hand around the ring, she turns her back and returns to Raoul; they leave on the boat)
Christine (to Raoul):

Christine:

Phantom: (watching Christine and Raoul leave- Quietly)

(loudly)

(He picks up a candlestick holder and smashes all his mirrors. He smashes the last mirror which has an opening leading to a tunnel. He walks through it and a drape falls, covering the entrance.)
